Holding BIPEX for the 7th consecutive year is a clear validation of the growing reputation of BIPEX as one of the region's leading property exhibitions and the ideal platform to meet, exchange notes and seal deals.
Trusting this leading annual exhibition, BIPEX 2010 is being held under the patronage of H.E. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Minister of the Prime Minister's Court, Kingdom of Bahrain for the 7th consecutive year, showing continuous support, and sharing his optimistic outlook that Bahrain’s real estate sector remains buoyant and poised for healthy growth and development and achieving more success. BIPEX 2010 coincides with many promising signs and indications, gleaming in the beginning of a positive development in the global economy, following last year’s recession that affected the financial, trade and property market the world over. The Kingdom of Bahrain weathered this episode with steadfastness and aptitude that restored stability to economy led by the property market. Bahrain is now witnessing a promising signs of an upsurge, which will persist until such a time, restore the customary prosperity to real estate markets, together with the usual optimism.
Through the years BIPEX marked tremendous success, shown by the healthy attention from global investors, for it provides a professional show organised by professionals and providing a very useful window into the present state of the industry and its future outlook. BIPEX is a major non-profit investment event, which plays an important role in promoting inward investment flows into Bahrain, and helping the Kingdom maintain the momentum for the diversification of its economy.
